The purpose of this position is to perform analysis of performance against key metrics; drives performance improvement initiatives; assists with budgetary planning and monthly performance tracking of equipment; monitors billing system profiles that relate to the control of CPE; audits and optimizes current procedures; develops and recommends new processes related to the deployment and billing system tracking of all equipment; monitors obsolete CPE, directs disposition through and in compliance with company asset retirement guidelines.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Analysis of performance against key metrics; drives performance improvement initiatives.
Assists with budgetary planning and monthly performance tracking of equipment.
Monitors billing system profiles that relate to the control of CPE.
Audits and optimizes current procedures.
Develops and recommends new processes related to the deployment and billing system tracking of all equipment.
Monitors obsolete CPE, directs disposition through and in compliance with company asset retirement guidelines.
Development and implementation of dashboards and performance management reporting tools.
Communication of performance and driving performance improvement plans.
Report key logistics network metrics to Company stakeholders on a periodic basis.
Support creation and distribution of materials that allow for performance and cost comparisons of facilities across the network.
Coordinate special initiatives and out-of-scope projects and monitor performance.
Maintain issues and risk logs; drive open issues and risks to conclusion.Regular attendance is required.
Performs other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand English at a very high levelMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, warehouse operations and/or inventory/logistics supply chain management with reporting experience.Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must have strong analytical and financial modeling skills including extensive knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft applications. Must be motivated, a self-starter who is organized efficient, and team-oriented. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly. Ability to develop and deploy creative/original solutions to complex problems. Must have attention to detail, ability to prioritize assignments, and time management skills to ensure that work is completed in accurate and timely manner.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or University in accounting, finance, statistics or business administration; or equivalent training and experience required.Related Work Experience Number of YearsFinancial analysis experience preferred. Stable employment history.WORKING CONDITIONSPersonal computer, printer, ten-key calculator, telephone, typewriter, and other general office equipment.Sitting for long periods of time. Typing, reading and data entry on the computer. Calculations on ten-key. Communicating on the telephone with system personnel. Reading, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
