Associate, LinkedIn Analytics - Marketing Solutions Sales Intelligence
The LinkedIn Analytics team leverages LinkedIn's rich datasets to develop and deliver data-driven insights, metrics and tools in order to drive LinkedIn's business growth and monetization efforts. Our team is focused on re-inventing the way that proprietary data analysis can drive sales, marketing, and product decisions.
We're looking for an individual who is passionate about mining big data, turning data into insights, and making an impact rigorous analysis, creative storytelling, and timely actions. This person will play a significant role on driving sales intelligence and productivity for LinkedIn Marketing Solution. This person will work closely with sales team, sales and business operations, data service, and engineering teams to develop and deliver data-driven models and insights, and ultimately accelerate the company's monetization efforts. Our team is small, highly entrepreneurial, and business-focused.
•Overall, a highly driven, results-oriented, creative and nimble problem solver and a willingness to do "whatever it takes" to deliver business value in a timely fashion. •Work with a team of high-performing analytics, sales operations, and sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales intelligence and productivity •Own end-to-end enterprise sales intelligence. Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data; develop models to drive enterprise customer engagement and customer success. •Create and maintain insightful automated dashboards and data visualization to track business metrics and recommend actionable insights. •Effectively communicates complex analytics to sales team and broader audience in writing and oral presentation formats.
•BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operational Research, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or another quantitative field of study. •3+ years analytics experience (e. . analytics, data science, predictive modeling, statistician) in a relevant industry (e. . internet, advertising technology) •Experience in querying again and transforming big data within both traditional database environment and Hadoop HDFS system. (Teradata, MySQL, Pig/Hive)
•MS in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operational Research, Marketing, Business, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or another quantitative field of study. •Experience with enterprise sales and marketing. •Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to both technical and non-technical audience. Able to comfortably lead and influence without authority. •Experience building predictive and statistical models with R or Python to support sales and marketing uses cases •Experience with Hadoop, Pig, Hive. •Experience with Tableau or other data visualization and BI dashboard tools. •Passionate about LinkedIn and data analytics.
