Lead the effort to develop and implement new or revised processes, procedures, initiatives. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation, provide a single point of contact for assigned projects. Define project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. 





  • Seasoned level business and subject matter expert, who is driven to problem solve, learn quickly and drive transformation projects/initiatives
  • Collects data and uses management analysis tools to conduct complex analyses such as cost projections, feasibility studies, benchmark comparisons, and performance analysis.
  • Has a strong background in Reengineering and Process Management
  • Acts as a Project Lead
  • Has a good sense of the interaction model with IT, Call Center and other businesses within the company
  • Understands Portfolio management and can prepare Cost Benefit Analysis (ROI’s)
  • Develops new or improves existing performance measures and/or reengineering processes for an assigned segment of a business.
  • Has an understanding of financials; and can develop financial models
  • Analyzes information to develop recommendations and present results to management.
  • Creates communications plans and works with partners to execute the plan.


Specific to Retail Separation


  • Leads the analysis and execution of Systems Access Solutions for MetLife Mirror Image developed as part of Retail Separation
  • Ensures execution of Entitlements for Retail Separation
  • Project Lead for the Development of Day 2 TOM
  • Assist with the business analysis for TSA exit
  • Program Management of Ops Disaffiliation efforts
  • E.g. Policies & Procures Updates
  • Operationalizing of Operations Support for BHF Systems Access




  • High School Diploma





  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-10 years of related work experience. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
