Gathers, refines and validates complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues
Analyzes business partners’ operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions
Assists in the business process design or redesign and documentation as needed
Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to such specifications
Facilitates communication and gains commitment between business units to align solutions with business strategies
Develops complex business cases
Works on multiple projects as a project team member, at times as a project leader
May coach and mentor less experienced staff

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Must have experience with clarity
Knowledge of technology system interfaces and data integration, networks, operating systems

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experienceRelated Work Experience
1 to 3 years experience understanding SDLC processes.
1 to 3 years CA PPM Clarity 12/13/14 backend process experience.
1 to 3 years experience providing executive level reporting.
1 to 3 years experience using Service Now or Remedy ticketing system.
3 years experience working as a Sr. Business Analyst performing gap analysis, data review and data trending analysis.
1 to 3 years experience working with and understanding PMP methodologies.
5 years working with Microsoft Project 2010/2013.
1 to 3 years experience working with Microsoft Visio 2010/2013.
5 years customer experience relating to application integration support and customer process changes.WORK LOCATION
