Job Description

  • Currently contribute
    to Visa Consulting team for LAC region, performing contract control and
    ensuring compliance
    and appropriate provisions for projects directed for merchants, banks, and
    State Owned Entities, acting as liaison between team and other departments,
    e.g., Procurement, Legal, and Global Client Incentive
  • Overseeing of
    consulting projects (banks and merchants) and compliance requirements according
    to Visa's policy and applicable laws
  • Use of Oracle
    Procurement tools, Supplier Initiative Risk Assessment (SIRA),
    Anti-Bribery/Anti-Trust Laws/Anti-Money Laundering/Insider Trading regulations,
    Visa Risk Management, applying appropriate
    internal controls assuring compliance for team of 24 and project-related
  • Analysis/approval of
    Travel/Entertainment expenses under iExpense (Oracle) following Visa's T/E
    policies, including control of security expenses for applicable countries
  • Analysis of potential
    reporting violation and address to appropriate stakeholders
  • Purchase requisition
    and receiving processes through Procurement program, analyzing third party
    business plans/proposals and project lifecycle
  • Perform budget
    control and conciliation of monthly financials, including quarterly
    certification of cost center expenses
  • Perform analysis and
    client billing management under Global Member Billing Solution (GMBS)
    (banks and merchants), GL analysis and conciliation
  • Human Resources
    support to group, managing new hire on-boarding, integration agenda for Miami
    and LAC region.
  • Provide new hire with
    1:1 session to assure policy on compliance and other internal controls.
    Follow-up with team for annual mandatory training ensuring 100% response from
  • Manage of team's
    trainings/conferences, participation and budget (event, travel).
  • Provide other
    controls to team to support VP in ensuring team is pledged and committed to
    internal policies.

• Associates
degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience

• Must have
excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish,
Portuguese a plus.

• Discretion
combined with poise and professionalism in all communications.

• Must be able to
exercise good judgment regarding information which may be confidential or material,
