Position Overview:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will serve as key IT partner to shape and deliver IT solutions that drive business value for the Sales, Marketing and Operations team using onshore / offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as key engagement partner for business users to drive Change Management in the Commercial organization across Sales, Marketing and Operations team
• Stakeholder Management
• Identify technology enabling improvement opportunities. Support development of business case and implementation plans for technology investments
• Lead workshops to drive detailed business requirements elicitation, map business process,  and capture business requirements and specifications (story boards, use cases); conduct technical analysis to support translation into technical requirements
• Create context level diagram to identify interfaces, data flows, and high-level business processes 
• Work with business partners and implementation vendors to solve complex problems with IT solutions
• Design and implement Laptop and Mobile solutions for sales, marketing and operations team
• Manage small to mid-size CRM projects in collaboration with onsite and offshore team
• Proactively communicate project status, budget, issues and risks to sponsors and stakeholders
• Collaborate with offshore delivery team to facilitate systems design, p lan and execute systems testing for complex cross-functional CRM projects

Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 5-7 years of IT experience is required
    • Demonstrate teamwork, ability to manage multiple priorities, and operate with poise and professionalism in a matrixed and rapidly changing environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
    Required Skills: 
    • certification(s)
    • Experience with MindManager, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Project
    • Ability to work with remote teams
    • Proven track record in planning and executing requirements gathering, systems testing and super user training on large scale enterprise projects for Sales and Marketing
    • Agile project experience in delivering: Process Models, writing user stories, epics, journey, use cases and activity diagrams
    • A broad and in-depth knowledge of field sales processes, ranging from field deployments, sales hierarchies, sales pipeline reporting and compensation
    • Hands-on technical administration / configuration experience in order to drive business requirements, design and build
    • Project Management experience delivering small to medium size projects from concept through delivery and operations using onshore-offshore delivery model
    • Experience with integrated marketing solutions including multi-channel marketing automation tools (SilverPop, SFDC Marketing Cloud), AppExchange Apps, Websites and other Digital channels
    Preferred Skills: 

    • Prior consulting experience
    • At least one global sales cloud implementation
    • Salesforce1 and Salesforce Lightning experience
