Global CRM team delivers CRM solutions using cloud offerings; being a primary enabler to acquiring and retaining contacts or customers.  These solutions will be the primary assisted service platforms for managing contact & customer interactions.



  • Elicit, document and manage business and functional requirements.  Act as a primary liaison between business users/BAs and AD/QA project team. 
  • Manage user expectations, changes to requirements and project scope. 
  • Assists in developing business & functional requirements and functional design documentation, supports limited testing and training for small projects. 
  • Assists in gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs.  Document and maintain functional requirements. 
  • Assist with the design of use cases, functional specifications, reports, screen prototypes.  Contribute to user guides, reference manuals and training materials as appropriate. 



  • 2-3 year Business Systems Analyst experience
  • 3+ year experience displaying strong communication skills in a professional setting
  • 3+ years’ experience using critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • 3+ years of experience displaying competency with various S/W programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • 1+ years’ MS Project experience
  • Experience with and/or CRM tools is a plus
  • Certifications in Administration and/or AppDev 401
