Sr. Business Systems Analyst will be part of the Corporate Systems – Global Compliance IT team.  The role will report into the AVP – Legal, Global Compliance and Corporate Real Estate but will work with various project leads, other analysts, IT partners, business partners and vendors.  With MetLife’s continued focus on Compliance Globally, the IT team and dedicated resources are needed to provide technology relationship management, application development, analysis and vendor management.  There is a renewed focus for the Compliance function on lowering operational cost with more cost efficient IT solutions, while offering better flexibility, user experience and capability.  The Sr. BSA will be part of the team that will very closely to execute on this multi-year business critical strategy. 




  • Gathers and documents requirements for various Compliance Technology initiatives

  • Meets with IT and Compliance partners to facilitate estimates, meetings, documentation and progress toward execution of new solutions and enhancements. 

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills via relationship building, management; while managing expectations, assuring the project continue to progress according to committed time and budget.

  • Facilitates meetings, tracks action items and follows up for completion.

  • Facilitates the back and forth between developers, vendors and business for functionality requirements and user expectation vs feasibility.  Manages expectations accordingly.  



  • At least two years of hands on business analysis experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong relationship management, documentation and facilitation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.



  • At least 2 years hands on business analysis experience working for a large Corporation

  • Knowledge and experience in the Compliance or Compliance IT space.

  • Undergraduate Degree
