A technology company in Woodland Hills is looking for a Sr. Customer Service Rep. The customer service representative will be responsible for: - Working with management to determine root cause of dispute issues - Providing management with feedback on process improvements - Initiate and maintain contact with customers who have active escalated issues - Following up with clients on pending issues - Prioritizing work load - Update and audit company database - Assist with other issues as needed
