A busy Eugene area manufacturing company is looking for an outstanding temporary to full time Customer Service Representative. The experienced Customer Service Representative will provide customer service and project support to customers and will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying orders in company database system. The Customer Service Representative will monitor, track orders, communicate on status of orders and also provide information to the customer as well as sales team, manufacturing, production and shipping regarding updates, changes and status as order progresses. The Customer Service Representative will manage phone calls and emails, manage inventory and deal with requests from customers and office staff and accurately enter order details and be responsible for status tracking in company data base and spreadsheets. To be successful in the position you will have proficient MS Excel and MS Word including creation of spreadsheets and pivot tables for complex and detailed information tracking, have excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, have the ability to go with the flow and know how to prioritize tasks.
