Reinvent the future of personal productivity. At MileIQ, we're delivering mobile productivity tools for the modern workforce. Our solutions remove administrative hassles and give users back their time and money, freeing them to focus on the things they care about most.
Be the first! You will be the first design research hire. Our team and user-base has been growing steadily, if not rapidly! We have been working hard to define the next phase of the product. Your role is leading our approach to learning from current and future MileIQ users and helping to influence product design and experience strategy decisions.
As our first design researcher you will be part of the product and design team and work directly with the engineering teams to support the design and development of both new and existing products across iOS and Android. You will work closely with the Director of Product to determine research goals, manage load and expectations, and deliver actionable research findings and recommendations.
We're looking for someone who can help lead the charge on setting up research sessions with existing users to collect feedback on prototypes of future product states. We are looking for a self-starter who loves to learn and collaborate . Our company remains small enough for exposure to the many sides of building a startup as well as taking ownership of projects and processes.
