The Senior Designer is a member of the Creative Services Team. This individual will create tier-one work such as collateral, campaigns, and communications in alignment with the Brighthouse Financial brand standards.



  • Concept & ideation solving for campaign/project briefs.
  • Lead design execution for VIS ID and brand development
  • Storyboard and design aesthetic approach for video based content to reflect the brand
  • Develop and design company and product collateral


  • Candidate should have 6 or more years of design experience in an advertising, branding or in house agency
  • Candidate should have excellent ideation/conceptual experience reflected in their portfolio
  • Candidate should be able to handle multiple large scale projects and manage to established timelines
  • Candidate should have excellent presentation skills to a varied stakeholder group
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should have broad experience in:
    • Developing a creative brief/marketing strategy
    • Reviewing/assessing creative work (printed, digital, video)
    • Presenting work to clients and articulating the underlying strategy
    • Being a confident day-to-day client interface
    • Independently managing the development of, presentation of, and delivery of print, digital and video work
    • Providing feedback and direction to design and multimedia partners
    • Design leadership on multi-contributor projects
