Learning Strategy & Analytics Leader
The Learning & Readiness team is looking for a senior leader to lead a new Learning Strategy and Analytics team, who demonstrates exceptional leadership and management skills with a combination of strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. As the leader of the Learning Strategy and Analytics team you will need to demonstrate success in developing strategies for driving the learning business across the company, leading data analytics work, scorecard development and reporting, and the L&R rhythm of the business.
Stakeholder management across Senior Leadership Team. Responsible for defining & securing executive buy in for the evolution of our learning strategy across the company including the relationship with LinkedIn Learning.
Shapes the data and analytics vision for Learning & Readiness, designing, implementing and overseeing the execution of key projects to deliver impactful business.
Sets the integrated business intelligence, data strategy, and its execution across the Learning portfolio.
Drives data adoption best practices and delivers differentiated game changing insights for our stakeholders.
Frames complex problems, conflicting priorities, and holds self and other leaders accountable.
Brings together diverse perspectives and organizations to proactively respond to customer needs in an integrated and aligned manner.
Assesses the industry and the broader business environment to account for market conditions in plans and objectives.
Design and implement Scorecard to measure business impact of learning activities
Runs the L&R rhythm of the business.
Minimum 15+ years of relevant business leadership experience in Enterprise business development, software consulting or development
BS/BA degree, MBA preferred
Experience leading complex organization and balancing priorities of executive stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving ability, ranging from conceptualization to quantitative with modeling fluency.
Proven change management experience in leading with clarity, generating energy and delivering success.
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends.
Proven experience developing and leading vision and strategy in an organization.
Exceptional leadership skills and community building, extensive cross-group coordination.
Deals well with ambiguity, identifies systemic approaches to solving problems.
Results driven; strong analytical skills with exceptional verbal and written communication.
Intellectually curious, highly analytical, entrepreneurial, impact driven, persistent, and proactive at sharing ideas and recommendations.
Driving a structured rhythm of reviews and communications to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged.
