The Sr Director - Servicemax Technology Practice Leader has overall responsibility for Servicemax implementation services in the newly established Services Practice.
Leads the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of the Servicemax asset library for GE 4 GE, GE Blueprints, and implementation cook books to accelerate implementation across GE Business units. Manages a team of solution architects that accelerate Servicemax adoption across GE businesses, and a team of experts that will work very closely with the Servicemax product team in prioritizing features and requirements on behalf of GE. Work with Services CIOs across GE businesses to drive productivity and meet business goals.
+ Responsible for product line performance with targets on orders, revenue, cost & margin. Identifies and influences market trends and opportunities
+ Responsible for maintaining and supporting all Servicemax implementations across GE and establishing the shared services and managed services model.
+ Drives vision & strategy, roadmap and product lifecycle for sub business unit and its portfolio of products & solutions
+ Participate in events and industry associations to influence the direction for the business and technology in the segment
+ Be a domain/business expert for the portfolio to guide teams, establish/refine product management processes and build and mentor high performance team of Product Managers
+ Work cross functionally across engineering, marketing, sales, internal and external customers, analysts and senior management teams to formulate and execute the strategy
+ Establish and manage relationship across GE businesses & sub-businesses, partners and customers at director level and above and technical expert levels across industries and geographies
+ Establish strong working relationship with account managers, technical sales and user/developer community
+ Global travel required as necessary
+ This role is responsible for a large product or portfolio of products/solutions with typical revenue influence / target in the range of $50-200M USD per year
+ Will have strong financial acumen and accountability
+ The leader will report to Executive Product Management Director and responsible to create strong working relationship & influence across product management, engineering and other stakeholder groups to successfully execute business strategy across GE businesses, partners and customers
+ Lead and develop a team of product managers who are business and domain experts
+ Will engage customers at director level and above as a trusted partner
+ Cross functional leadership to define and execute the vision and strategy
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology,Engineering and Math)
+ A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across product lines
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading direct reports
