The Learning & Readiness team is looking for a Leader to lead a new Learner Experience & Innovation team, who demonstrates exceptional leadership and management skills, while being on the leading edge of learner experiences and evolving a learning culture.

As the leader of the Learner experience and Innovation team you will be responsible for digitally transforming the learning experience across employees, partners and customers. You will envision, define and build new learning experiences to deliver the right learning resource to the right individual at the right time. You will lead the learning culture/transformation for the L&R organization and be on the front line of learning and readiness innovation. This team will also lead our learning science and research efforts.
Recruiting, hiring, and retaining strong talent to build out your team
Manage a high performing team to deliver complex programs across multiple organizations
Provide leadership on learning innovation and long-term strategy, deep business insight and senior leadership on WW Learning approach/strategy.
Communicates strategic direction and business priorities for Learner Experience & Innovation team
Responsible for envisioning, defining and building in partnership with engineering new learning experiences that leverage the Learner Graph, Machine Learning and AI
Owns defining and creating the digital learner experience including platform, program, offerings, social community, gamification, badging or recognition of learning. Responsible for website simplification to enable better innovation and automation, scale and data tracking.
Leads shaping the learner experience for both internal and external events
Assesses the industry and the broader business environment to account for market conditions in plans and objectives.
Aligns companywide initiatives with culture and learning efforts in partnership with other learning organizations
Expert in learning science and competitive and startup landscape. Utilizes this knowledge to create best in class learning experiences.
15+ years of progressive business leadership experience. Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or similar; advanced degree preferred.
Experience leading complex organization and balancing priorities of executive stakeholders
Proven global change management experience in leading with clarity, generating energy and delivering success.
Proven ability to navigate a complex organization to reach goals and objectives
Adapts his or her leadership approach depending on talent and business needs. Displays an executive presence: is poised, articulate, thoughtful, and candid.
Proven ability to leverages deep knowledge of customers, partners, internal groups, and/or end users to advise on strategies or solutions to plan, strategize, and influence priorities and decisions to increase satisfaction, performance, and the experience across the organization.
Seasoned business acumen and ability to work with and through key stakeholders across the organization.
Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills.
Proven experience developing strategic relationships internally and externally
Sought out for expertise and influence in his or her field to drive industry vision. Represents Microsoft at industry events and leads content delivery at customer engagements.
