� ��What will I work on in Global Solutions? We have unique and exciting opportunities for you here in our San Francisco office as we continue to grow our team. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative content and establish new delivery channels to disseminate deep industry knowledge for issuer, acquirer and merchant clients across the globe. Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Payments light-touch consulting: provide light touch consulting to Visa clients using data-driven analytics / solutions.� Lead and / or participate in client design thinking sessions and leading interviews with financial institution>Product Strategy:� ongoing refinement of product principles, elements of customer delight, target markets, and business objectives that the customer experience will fulfill. �Support pricing>Competitive analysis:� develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive product and go to market strategies to inform business>Develop strong working relationships with Visa organization to foster an innovative and nimble culture with very tight functional>Business case development: establishing business cases and projected ROI on investment, identify and prioritize target>Performance monitoring: define KPIs, assess performance, identify areas for additional investment, and drive a coordinated go to market strategy.

  • Qualifications
    What is Global Solutions looking for in a Sr. Director � Payments Marketing Specialist? We seek experienced, pro-active, high-achieving professionals to bring innovative ideas to our consulting solution development. Specific requirements are:

  • BA/BS required; MBA or other relevant Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in financial services marketing, payments preferred
  • Working knowledge of marketing trends across web, mobile, and social media
  • Knowledge of online social networking, the blogosphere, search tools and general Web 2.0 (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Multi-functional project management and strategy development skills and success experiences; ability to manage teams and deliverables - and to coordinate, collaborate, and demonstrate results to other Visa divisions, financial institutions, merchants, and potential alliance partners
  • Excellent written English, spelling, punctuation and grammar; immaculate proofreading and editing skill
  • Great communication skills, high energy and ability to work independently and thrive with limited guidance
  • Highly organized with unfailing attention to detail yet equally adept at big picture priorities
  • Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage uncertainty
  • Ability to lead and influence decisions of others, including senior management
  • Experience in payments and/or financial services required
  • Willingness to travel (Up to 50% of the time)
