BA/BS required; MBA or other relevant Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in financial services marketing, payments preferred
Working knowledge of marketing trends across web, mobile, and social media
Knowledge of online social networking, the blogosphere, search tools and general Web 2.0 (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite
Multi-functional project management and strategy development skills and success experiences; ability to manage teams and deliverables - and to coordinate, collaborate, and demonstrate results to other Visa divisions, financial institutions, merchants, and potential alliance partners
Excellent written English, spelling, punctuation and grammar; immaculate proofreading and editing skill
Great communication skills, high energy and ability to work independently and thrive with limited guidance
