Work Scope • Coordinate deployment of new DDI infrastructure and network services • Provide subject matter expertise in the design of network services • Responsible for 2nd/3rd level incident support and problem management – ensuring 24x7x365 operation for DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) infrastructure • Install, configure, and deploy DDI and network infrastructure • Interact with Internet registries and registrars, and maintain corresponding resources • Work with virtualized systems and environments • Carry out network capacity planning, network performance monitoring, trending and reporting to ensure that network services match business requirements • Investigate and evaluate new network technologies and design, deploy solutions/infrastructures based on these technologies • Ensure compliance of regional network infrastructure to global standards

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Compentencies • Degree / Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in network administration of heterogeneous networks • Flexible, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced and multi-cultural organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language and fluency in local language • Good interpersonal skills • High degree of "get it done" mentality and goal orientation • In-depth knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite • DNS technologies in enterprise setups, incl. HA implementations • UNIX, BIND administration is a must, IPv6 experience advantageous • Good understanding of IaaS, PaaS, etc. in Cloud computing, distributed applications, and container-centric infrastructure. A plus is practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Openstack. • Working experience with Domain and Internet resource registrations, and route registry maintenance is a plus • DDI Database and appliance experiences (Bluecat) is a plus • Good programming skills in any of the following languages/scripts: C, PERL, Java, Python, shell scripts • Good understanding of routing/switching technologies, protocols and security technologies • Practical experience with large scaled network environments and device management • CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus
