In this role, you will work closely with several members of the C+E Marketing Leadership team to develop, implement and drive people solutions for their organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to gain invaluable professional experience and unique insights into Microsoft by supporting a key function in partnership with others on our awesome HR team. Ideally, you are someone who leans in and seeks to learn about the business, who can balance the art of execution and tying it back to strategy. Someone, who understands the value and power of influence and has had proven success in establishing credibility with senior business leaders.
In this role, you will be:
A key member for various leadership teams across C+E Marketing, including CVPs
Applying an array of strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent acquisition, retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth
Growing your HR and business understanding as you collaborate with leaders on varying team/business needs, pace and configurations (acquired employees, newly established teams, teams going through change) Influencing cultural evolution through talent acquisition, rewards systems, employee engagement, leadership development, talent diversity, and creating an inclusive environment
Acting as a catalyst for building organizational effectiveness within C+E Marketing
Leading implementation of core HR programs and HR RoB activities in assigned groups while insuring an effective, sustainable people agenda over the long term
Using systems models, diagnostics, and data to analyze organizational problems and provide solutions
Using consulting skills to effectively contract work with clients Work with several talented HR partners across GTA, Comp, CELA, OD, D&I and the HRM team
Targeted qualifications include 7+ years of experience as an HR professional, including experience in a client-facing HR Business Partner role. The individual should have experience in collaborating with senior leaders in a corporate environment; excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others are essential. A demonstrated level of competence in organizational development, coaching, training and development, and employee relations is necessary. An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent degree and/or experience is required.
