The Sr. HR Reporting Analyst role involves significant interaction with HR and business leaders to provide reporting solutions that are visual, sustainable, and drive business value. This position will support and improve standard report development, create new publications and capabilities, and participate on HRIS projects with a focus on being a data expert with regards to HR data content and availability. Reporting team members are required to understand data from multiple transaction and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will be have advanced technical skills balanced with prior reporting and project management experience.
•B.S. degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related area
•5+ years HRIS or Advanced Reporting experience
•3+ years tracking HR information for HR and/or Business Leaders
•Certification or education in data privacy/protection preferred
•Advanced Excel experience required
•Advanced technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Workday, SQL, Visual Basic, PowerPivot
•Experience in one or more of the following reporting technologies: Workday, OBIEE, Tableau, MS Power BI
•Functional knowledge of the Workday system and/or basic knowledge of Workday Business Processes, Organizations, EIB, Calculated fields, XML and XSLT are strongly desired skills
