Project Manager, IT Enterprise Capabilities Strategy & Deployment within
the Enterprise Supply Chain organization.
The preferred location is Bridgewater, NJ but consideration will be
given to other North America offices or Beerse, Belgium.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing complex global
Application and Technology Lifecycle Management (ALM/TLM), End User, and
Reliability projects/programs across Supply Chain IT from inception to
execution. Responsibilities include data
to day management of projects and programs ensuring key delivery metrics are
met or exceeded, while driving schedules and budgets. Includes planning, execution and managing the
resources, financials, metrics, reporting and scope of the project.
with key IT leader partners to develop and align on the strategic roadmap for
IT Enterprise capabilities.
- Partner with
IT leaders across SC IT, IT Architecture, and GTS.Lead
collaboration for introduction of new technologies and features in line with
the IT strategy
application and technology lifecycle management in line with the IT strategy
strategies to effectively and efficiently deploy ALM and TLM for the J&J
overall program or project, scope in terms of FPO’s defined for the project,
budget level details, detailed financial planning, schedule in terms of effort
based project plans with PMx standards and tracking issues, risks, decisions,
assumptions and dependencies.
accurate and candid communications / presentations / escalations to senior
executive levels across the organization regarding status, needs, or gaps on
challenges which may impact progress on initiatives and metrics
transparency to different levels within the organization in terms of PMx status
direction to the project team members and co-ordinates their activities in
order to meet project objectives.
adherence to J&J established processes and methodologies (Agile, SDLC, PMx
etc.) while executing the project
business partner expectations, resolving conflicts between requirements,
timelines and budgets.
projects are staffed appropriately, managing project financials and managing
and managing risk and issues at the project and program level.
agile methodologies into project plans and working closely with scrum master to
align timelines, resources and budgets.
and reporting on status of projects and maintaining projects in PMx and
Bachelor’s degree is required
minimum of 10 years progressive IT work experience is required
minimum of 5 years of experience with project management and project execution
(strategy through execution) is required
with data analytics and IT project management practices including MS Project is
leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple
projects of varying sizes and priorities is required
to strategically develop long term plans executing short term objectives to
achieve groundbreaking, mature results in a calm, focused demeanor is required
interpersonal, presentation, collaboration, and negotiation skills required
resolving critical technology or program delivery risks and issues is preferred
leading and managing diverse, indirect global teams is required
experiences with good understanding of regional differences across ASPAC, EMEA,
and North/South America in implementing IT solutions is highly preferred
and knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred
versed with PMx standards and guidelines is preferred
experience enhancing IT delivery performance is preferred
