Support Senior Director of Brand Insights in shaping brand marketing campaign strategy and optimization through the use of data analytics, modeling, campaign design, , primary research, and competitive market understanding. Optimize significant brand marketing investments by building actionable, structured test-and-learn approaches to drive brand awareness and business impact.



  • Optimize multi-channel media mix, creative assets, and digital ad placement using robust analytics, including media mix modeling.
  • Evaluate overall campaign performance and creatively quantify business impacts.
  • Create visualizations of key insights to drive action, such as improving creative assets, media placements, media mix, and high level brand-building strategy.




  • Excellent innovation, interpersonal, and communication skills required. Ability to develop and deliver presentations that synthesize complex solutions/insights for non-technical audiences a must.
  •  Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational and project management skills. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience in business/product analysis, other analytics, marketing, and/or consulting.  
  • Degree in economics, statistics, marketing, computer science or similar business discipline.
  • Media and advertising analytics experience at a major corporate brand. 
  • Strong background in SAS, R, or other programming languages and Tableau


  • Digital analytics experience is a strong plus.
  • Ad hoc analysis: Work closely with marketing and business partners to quantify impacts of the brand investment. Requires an ability to understand the business strategy/objectives, perform quantitative analysis, and create business insights.
  • Familiarity with primary and secondary research techniques a plus.
  • Consulting:  Ability to converse with co-workers across centers of excellence with whom no-direct reporting relationships exist.
