The Consultant for Enterprise Analytics Programs is responsible for driving business transformation initiatives that leverage data insights and analytics to drive revenue synergies and go-to-market effectiveness. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Analytics, serving in the capacity of a strategic business partner and change agent on major sales GTM programs.
The role will be supporting the Dell/EMC revenue synergy program – facilitating the design of targeted sales plays with product teams and data scientists. Leveraging predictive data models to determine customer buying triggers, this role will work to drive visibility and adoption for building pipeline activity.
Leveraging market intelligence data and territory optimization models – the role will also facilitate worldwide GTM segmentation programs. Working closely with senior sales management and field operations to launch large scale transformational programs that align Enterprise field resources with the right accounts to maximize our sales productivity.
This role further develops decisions sciences and BI requirements to support field sales teams; deploys conceptual data insights; designs, builds and tests business analytics products. The position will generate and maintain recurring KPIs to both field sales leaders and senior executives. He/she will work cross-functionally to collect data and make actionable recommendations at all levels. A self-starter and problem solver with strong business intuition and communication skills is a must.

**EDUCATION** : B.S. Business or Computer Science; MBA preferred
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** :
+ 5+ years in Business Operations, Analytics or Sales Strategy Role
+ Experience with database querying/reporting solutions
+ Prior management experience for a team of BI analysts and off-shore resources is desired
