Sr. Manager Chief of Staff

Working directly with senior leaders in the Commercial Credit and Sales organization, the Chief of Staff plays an important strategic and operational role.  Responsible for the facilitation of organizational planning, internal and external communications, and the development of programs and processes supporting fast-moving, fluid strategies. Interacts with and influences senior leaders and helps to set strategic priorities - then execute on them.  You're the kind of person who enjoys being the glue that holds an organization together, and working across a large portfolio of projects and priorities.

Assist in management of leadership team strategy; including owning agenda for weekly LT and managing ongoing interactions 

Develop and manage large and critical technology budgets and the budgeting process

Improve our hiring efforts by managing and improving our staffing and recruiting plans and collaborating with our recruiting teams

Set the operating rhythm for the organization by driving, refining, and leading all hands, staff meetings, town halls, and communication

Provide change management support to all aspects of organization 

Provide organizational development/effectiveness consultation with business area leadership on organizational design, processes, and strategic planning 

Understanding of the relationship between engineering and business functions within a corporate environment.

  • Bachelors Degree or Military experience 
  • At least 2 years experience in Project and/or process management 
  • At least 2 years experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage cross-functional team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately 
  • At least 2 years of experience in communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports 
  • At least 3 years of experience managing senior stakeholders across different business functions

  • Bachelors Degree in business, finance or organizational development
  • 2 years of experience in the technology industry, including a strong understanding of major tech trends
