After this tour of duty, you have a number of choices of what’s next … moving into a product management role (Discovery or , continuing in Capital One University (leadership & development), personal coaching, strategy or innovation roles … a number of choices, all accelerated through this tour of duty.
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
- Master's of Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- 3-5 years of experience in Agile product management
