**Job Description:** **Sr Manager, Enterprise Sales** This position is ideal for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager who can lead a dynamic sales team. The Sr. Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales strategies and for generating results from assigned clients. Plan, direct and help execute all sales activities and selling resources. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for managing environments suited to instill best practices across all key accounts. + Act as negotiator, reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships. + Insures high post-sales satisfaction that enables repeat business with customers. + Drives Enterprise Account Manager behavior through corporate mandates, coaching, and sales relationship alignment. + Identifies and resolves issues before they become problems + Has the ability to effectively interface at many levels with top executives. **Qualifications:** Ideal candidate will have expertise in complex sales campaigns focused on data center solutions.
