(Sr.) Manager, Global Campaigns - IT Operations & Analytics

The (Senior) Manager of Global Campaigns for ITOA (title d.o.e), is a key role within the marketing organization and will make a tremendous impact on company growth. You will have the opportunity to define and build global campaigns to drive new logo acquisition and growth in our existing, very loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities: I can and want do that!
  • Develop integrated, global campaigns targeted at the ITOA buyer and practioner that connect Product Marketing priorities.
  • Define programs that encompass both strategy and tactics directed at specific audiences and buyer personas via multiple promotion channels (online advertising, email, website, social media, PR, in-person events, webinars etc) that drive MQLs and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with online, web, content, field, and social marketing teams to align multi-channel execution.
  • Define campaign KPIs and program reporting needs and partner with marketing operations to forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics, demand gen funnel metrics, as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor dashboards, analyze results to understand what's working not working and why, and then optimize campaigns based on these data-driven insights.
  • Analyze and segment lead data to help define prospects and customers with high engagement and revenue growth potential.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders about progress, deliverables, key metrics, roadblocks and results.
  • Test new tools and channels to innovate and scale programs, with an emphasis on integrated marketing.

Requirements: I've done that
  • At least 6 years of experience leading global campaigns and managing demand generation programs for enterprise software and or SaaS services, preferably in IT Operations.
  • Proven experience managing campaign priorities and production timelines with internal stakeholders across several departments
  • Experience working with IT personas and mapping to the buyer's journey.
  • Demonstrated marketing results and strong analytical mindset.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability
  • Bachelor degree in related field.
  • Bonus points for experience working with Salesforce.com and Eloqua (or other marketing automation tools) to execute integrated demand generation programs and measure their effectiveness.
