HR M&A Sr Manager Job Summary
Responsible for managing human capital merger and acquisition project plans for all ranges of acquisition and divestiture (i.e. tuck in, acquihire, multiple lines of business, larger employee populations, unique structure or investment, international deals). Conducts due diligence and analysis, drives integration planning and execution, manages the project plan, dependencies, timely communication, collaboration and timely issue resolution. Partners with M&A Managers during due diligence, including recommendations on HR strategy, deal model assumptions, purchase agreement terms and operational risks. Provides analytical support for client group and merger and acquisition integration initiatives. Job Responsibilities
- Oversees all human capital-related aspects of assigned transactions including due diligence, integration planning and process management.
- On larger acquisitions, leads a team of representatives from all areas of Human Resources (Talent, Pay & Performance, Employment, Org Dev, etc.) to ensure all HR efforts are coordinated. Provides project direction and represents Human Resources to all areas of the company in these efforts.
- Specifically partners with M&A Managers during due diligence, including making recommendations on HR strategy, deal model assumptions, purchase agreement terms and operational HR risks.
