Global Custom Commerce is looking for a hands-on Sr. Manager of Creative Services who will deliver beautiful and engaging creative assets, both as an individual contributor as well as by leading their team to elevate our creative execution. The successful candidate will lead the designers, copywriters and marketing minds challenged with creating effective campaigns to our customers and ensure those campaigns deliver on required KPIs. The successful candidate will also need to be results driven and able to take the lead on strategic projects.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20%- Lead the development of creative content (visual and copy) for the website and marketing channels through example, creating campaigns and assets collaboratively with your team.
20%- Leveraging partnership and collaboration across the company, ensure only effective, accurate and persuasive designs get into the hands and hearts of our customers.
20%- Elevate the look and feel of creative assets in a way that is always tied to performance and is geared appropriately for the target audience.
10%- Mentor team to ensure there is a path for success and a drive for growth.
10%- Work across teams to ensure visual consistency across assets.
10%- Make it easy to provide effective, efficient development of creative assets for the site and other brand communication (e.g. advertisements, print and direct mail pieces, internal communications, etc.).
10%- Stay up to date on latest design and web trends and share learnings across team to improve the knowledge of all. Inspire creativity across the organization.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 7 years
Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
Knowledge of Web and e-Business technologies, principles, and processes
Experience working on integrated, Web-based marketing programs
Experience growing and managing teams
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Strategic thinker with an eye for good advertising and Web design.
Experience managing creative team.
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Suite, able to dive in and design web and print projects with finesse and a drive for results.
Excellent communication, mentoring, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate and lead projects in an organized and collaborative way.
Experience working cross departmentally, driving changes collaboratively.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to business challenges
