What you’ll be doing...

Manage and lead the team that has architecture, design, development and delivery responsibilities for mission critical applications to enable frontline customer care representatives to service wireless customers. Work with the business to understand impacts and changing market needs to drive the team to develop a new generation of customer service applications. Lead the team in developing Best-in-Class application using the latest technologies like Angular4, Real Time Decisioning, Microservice based architecture, Big data analytics, AWS, Jasmine, Protractor, etc. Collaborating with business teams, technology leaders and industry experts to build the CARE ecosystem using innovative technologies with a mission to improve customer experience and business KPI metrics. Collaborate with IT and business peers in the internal application teams (internal apps such as VISION, POS, RTD, PPA) to obtain services for the customer service platform and also for our team to provide services to digital and retail channels which will enable them to drive Mobile first and Digital Transformation. Work on mapping the customer journey across multiple channels with extensive data and build dashboard to derive business intelligence. Ensure timely development and delivery of reliable and efficient systems-related solutions to business requirements, while meeting scheduled deadlines and quality levels. Manage, evaluate and incorporate feedback from call center frontline reps. Administrative and resource management of portfolio, comprising of multiple projects and teams. Effectively communicate program/project progress to upper management. Coach and mentor employees and groom leaders to be ready to assume technical managerial and lead responsibilities.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information or Electrical Engineering or related field followed by 6 years of progressive java and J2EE programming experience and hand's on experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience therein to include 5 years with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration); 4 years developing Spring MVC, ODWEK and EXTJS and Multi-threaded Enterprise applications; 2 years using Agular JS; 1 year developing microservice architecture; and 1 year of host and cloud infrastructure, including AWS.
