The Craft Beverages Team is looking for change-makers who relish the challenge of creating something new, challenging the status quo within an organization, and delighting consumers and customers. The Sr. Analyst, Craft Portfolio is responsible for supporting the multichannel (Retail, Away From Home, eCommerce) commercial execution, business performance, and reporting for our new portfolio of craft beverages, including Stubborn Soda and Caleb's Kola. He/she will act as a brand steward and will collaborate with various cross functional partners, including Sales, Finance, Field/Away from Home (AFH) Marketing, Allied Brand Teams, and external agency partners.

Job Description:
  • Lead business reporting and analysis for the portfolio across Retail, Away From Home, and eCommerce channels, including weekly scorecarding and performance updates, Period Operating Reviews, and Annual Situation Analysis
  • Identify critical drivers of business and partner with manager to identify and implement optimization tactics to hit and exceed annual performance targets
  • Lead field and customer sampling programs to drive trial and awareness with consumers
  • Manage execution of allied Craft brand relationship including field marketing, sampling, and trade initiatives; bi-weekly reporting
  • Support commercialization of field and customer marketing initiatives within field and AFH teams
  • Manage commercial budget and reallocate funding as necessary to ensure highest ROI on initiatives
  • The role is highly cross-functional in nature, which requires the ability to work in teams and manage multiple points of communication seamlessly. Specifically, the Marketing Manager, Craft Beverages will interface with internal team members from Sales, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customers, Supply Chain, Finance, and Agencies.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years prior Marketing and/or sales experience
  • Preferred: prior brand management, field marketing and/or sales experience within consumer packaged goods
  • Demonstrated experience pulling and analyzing business performance data with IRI and Star 2
