The Senior Marketing Communications Producer is responsible for coordinating local, regional and/or global resources and selected agency support, to deliver content strategy and production aligned with the global brand, customer experience principles and local market business objectives. The Senior Marketing Communications Producer works as liaison between the creative teams and account management, gathers all relevant information for each project; creation of estimates, production schedules, ensures resources are assigned, checks on progress of project daily, and communicates with all teams as needed. The Senior Marketing Communications Producer ensures that each project is aligning with the strategy and vision of the company. Throughout this process it will be necessary for collaboration with all lines of business. The Senior Marketing Communications Producer should have strong working knowledge of production and all tasks necessary to support pre-production, production and post-production.



  • Lead day-to-day of production with local, regional and/or global resources and selected agency support on behalf of the Customer Experience team, maintaining current status of assigned projects at all times
  • Manage logistics of each project and recommend best practices
  • Ensure all content strategy and production is delivered, including video, digital, and social
  • Build relationships with Business Partners and develop communication channels to ensure smooth workflow; liaison between team, resources, Account Management to ensure quality, on-time delivery within budget parameters
  • Prepare request for bid specifications, and send to selected local, regional and/or global resources and selected agencies
  • Advise on cost efficiencies for internal stakeholders for projects
  • Work within established operating budgets and maintain daily tracking and analysis of benchmarking information
  • Be exceptionally well organized, self-motivated and passionate about making a major contribution to a growing brand
  • Team-oriented, entrepreneurial, proactive attitude
  • Be able to communicate with a wide variety of personality types, work interdependently and collaboratively with the team, and provide leadership and support for the growth and development of others


  • 10 years of production experience
  • Experience leading creative development projects across multiple design disciplines
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience working with suppliers and vendors to negotiate job costs and schedules
  • Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel, and project management software
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, be flexible and professional
  • BA or BFA Degree is highly preferred
  • Proven decision making skills-- decisions directly affect the success of projects, client and department budgets
  • Experience with direction/leadership of others-- Coordinates use of local, regional and global resources on a project basis.
  • May include project-level oversight of external agency resources.
