We’re looking for an outstanding operations program manager to lead Global Demand Center, Microsoft Marketing Services Center and the WW Field teams with operational excellence and scalability strategy in the Office Product Integrated Marketing and Automation Team.
The Office Marketing Program Manager role serves as the central point of contact and lead the Global Engagement Programs landing in the field as well as scaling through Microsoft Marketing Services Centers. In partnership with the Office Global Engagement Program teams, Business Program Managers, Field management teams as well as Global Marketing Organization, this role will design and implement critical business cadence to identify, prioritize and propose directional program and resources roadmap, executional strategy.
This role will also interface with field Office Product Marketing Manager community and field CMO/MSC teams to provide guidance and solve execution issues. This will require landing clear strategic vision, defining business requirement with key program owners and stakeholder, and managing the orchestration of end to end execution with multiple field and corporate partners. This role will require strong program and project management skills and can-do attitude, as well as business acumen to connect program with business needs.

The right candidate will also bring a combination of great experience in marketing communications strategy, messaging, as well as strong abilities in project management, cross-team collaboration, and partner relationships. The role will include tight partnership with Global Marketing Organization to drive marketing communications for the field and Office marketing teams. This role is responsible for driving all Global Engagement Program execution and scalability worldwide.
The successful candidate must also have demonstrated success in leading complex projects, proven organizational agility, and ability to work effectively through an influence model at all levels of the organization. To manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables required of this position, the candidate must have exceptional project management skills, be highly organized, have strong problem solving skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity, and strong attention to detail.
In addition, the candidate must be skilled at obtaining senior management, and cross-team alignment, be able to frame complex business issues and drive decisions, develop and get buy-in on plans to execute against these decisions, and work cross-team to ensure that plans are executed successfully.
Key role responsibilities:
Define the MSC Engagement and Operation Model that can scale to support GEP scaling.
Solicit consistent guidance to both GEP BPMs and MSC HQ teams on execution
Partner with each GEP BPM to solicit a complete picture of all content assets + email assets so we can build alignment with GMO/MSC with timelines, dependencies and delivery dates
Create and drive communication and readiness training for the field and GEP stakeholders regularly. Runs post-mortems for continuous improvements.
Develop a MSC performance KPIs and manage GMO/MSC and Office marketing teams ROB cadence for review and discussion.
Drive clarity on Journey map for each of the GEP that is planned for expansion from planning perspective, prioritization to resources needed.
Qualifications and Competencies
5-7 years of related experience in marketing operations and program management.
3+ years of marketing or PM experience
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills while working at all levels within the company
A strong drive for results, with a proven track record, often delivering under tight deadlines
The ability to creatively resolve issues, understanding business constraints of resources, budgets, and timelines, while remaining adaptable and flexible
Organizational agility and strong stakeholder management and cross-group collaboration skills will be critical to success, with demonstrated ability to execute through an influence model
Exceptionally strong project management skills, with a strong attention to detail and is highly organized, and brings an understanding of how to motivate, inspire and manage teams to deliver business critical results
The candidate must have excellent problem solving skills, strong process and coordination skills, and must demonstrate initiative and a strong willingness to roll-up their sleeves to make things happen.
Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA is preferred.
