The Senior Specialist works with the client's Manufacturer Marketing Services sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies for an assigned client base that includes but is not limited to brand, generic, and consumer health manufacturers. This position requires an emphasis on marketing, detail orientation, and rapport building.

Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:

Program Initiation/Execution
Collaborate with MMS sales and implementation to develop marketing strategies and program logistics including new product launch strategies for distribution and customer communications
Execute programs such as Service Flash, First Script, Telemarketing and Direct Mail, programs amongst others
Create proposals and establish timelines with clients to ensure punctual execution of programs.
Identify new program opportunities based on needs of clients and work with director of MMS and other colleagues to initiate planning
Set and maintain optimum communication between MMS and various internal groups including, Marketing, Sourcing, Finance, Accounting and clients.
Participate in planning meetings with clients to help drive future initiatives.
Recommend and share tools that augment industry knowledge.
Support client initiatives and new program development.
Create marketing materials for manufacturer clients and ensure client approves documents
Track and provide program outcomes or return on investment to clients and coordinate client billing on a timely basis.

Rapport Building

Cultivate relationships with manufacturer clients and strategic partners
Build an internal network among but not limited to customer development, generic product purchasing, buyers, strategic purchasing, national accounts, consumer health, retail marketing, visual communications and others to achieve annual goals.

Functional Responsibilities:

Assist in research, development, and positioning of MMS on the forefront of marketing program innovation.
Ensure quality and timely program execution.
Manage multiple deadlines, details and priorities at one time.
Assist in the development of communication materials, presentations, and marketing collateral

• Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in marketing or business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years marketing, sales, or communication experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent writing and communication skills, excellent computer skills
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects, SharePoint) Access knowledge is a plus
• Able to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented
