Job Description

We are seeking a business minded Multi Channel Analyst with digital expertise to support our key clients in the Pharma space. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor that performs data mining, reporting and tactical execution, to make solid campaign optimization recommendations. Through true collaboration with client and partner teams, this professional will be capable of acquiring, massaging, cleansing and structuring data from multiple sources to deliver key analytics based insight to drive business decisions.

The position involves the production and QA of standard reports, as well as adhoc reporting as necessary using business intelligence (BI) platforms and data sets. You will be capable of creating/ implementing standard SQL queries and reports against databases, data warehouses and CRM tools. You will interface with database marketing and client brand teams to perform quarterly and periodic analysis of marketing activities and categorization of marketing tactics to facilitate ongoing reporting, analysis and fulfillment.

  • Assessment/Cross Referencing of behavior of website participant traffic
  • Produce reports, dashboards, extracts
  • Data issue identification and resolution
  • Multichannel CRM data analysis
  • Segmentation of meta data to facilitate analysis
  • Develop new reporting workflows
  • Continuously improve and develop techniques to provide ongoing analytics
  • Finalization of business rules and reports will be with the customer

  • Minimum 5 years' experience of data analysis techniques
  • Background in working with pharmaceutical, CRO, healthcare or related data
  • Experience working with digital marketing data
  • Solid data mining capability with experience of using SQL server or equivalent database
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in fundamental statistics
  • Use a variety of tools (integration, cleansing, analysis, etc.)
  • Must be able to think logically
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Exhibits a comfort level in customer facing situations when necessary
  • Must be very organized and detailed
  • Capable of interfacing with all levels of management

The ideal candidate will possess subject matter knowledge or familiarity with industry jargon, and have a keen understanding of the vertical. Experience with data/analytics tools such as SAS, SPSS, TOAD and/or WinSQL is highly desired.
