Business leader will ensure the right people, processes and technology are in place to drive value from Revenue Management initiatives and optimize pricing performance.  This Corporate role has a high degree of responsibility to ensure initiatives are properly validated with expert stakeholders in the field and functional experts at corporate.  Manager will ensure deliverables are met and hold other parties accountable for results.  Position is accountable for field readiness and successful implementation that create positive operating results and a favorable impression of the team.  


  • Support Revenue Management function by delivering on our strategy and ability to execute in the field Lead the design of key business processes to drive value, efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising , Marketing, Finance, Sysco Business Services, and other areas  to drive alignment and manage change of revenue management initiatives
  • Partner with Business Technology and Program Management Office to enable key changes through system improvements and deeper business intelligence insights
  • Require and manage clear, timely communications to leadership and stakeholders to ensure clarity of progress against deliverables and targets
  •  Drive alignment between policies and business rules with changes in processes
  •  Manage the messaging to create and communicate a clear case for change and benefits to be realized
  • Own the business implementation, communication and training plans to support field readiness and change
  • Coach and lead analyst(s) to execute assigned tasks


Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred 5+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Management/Pricing, Business Process Management, Professional Consulting, , Business Technology, Sales, Merchandising/Category Management or Finance Experience as an operating company or corporate leader preferred Preferred experience working on large scale projects and initiatives Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint required Experience with Program Management, AGILE, SCRUM and Six Sigma
