About this role:  Review contracts for Gartner services to ensure they  comply with established company policy, process contracts through the order entry system and provide client's with an accurate invoice.  Responsible for new hire training.  Provide weekly and monthly reporting.

What you’ll do: 
  • Responsible for entry level training and mentoring of new hires.
  • Review Order Packages for compliance with booking guidelines, contractual language and pricing. 
  • Review new and audit existing services, complete Order Check List and Mapping Sheet.
  • Enter data into OPI system, invoice clients in accordance with the contract terms.
  • Process manual billing each month.
  • Outgoing Customer Service calls checking accuracy of invoice

Job Requirements:
What you’ll need:
  • One year experience as an order management specialist
  • Advanced knowledge of the Order Processing and Invoicing system.
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of PREV Logic as it pertains to booking / commissions issues.
  • High School Diploma
  • Working knowledge of Windows based applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Three years related office experience in one of the following areas:
  • General Accounting, Customer Service, Data Entry
