Currently, PIDSA has an immediate opening for a Sr. Planning Analyst





What You’ll Get to Do:



BUSINESS ANALYSIS:

u25cf Compiles accurate data on sales, profitability, inventory, backlog, and other performance indicators.

u25cf Manage sales incentive and commission related data and compiles reports.

u25cf Facilitates and analyze sales forecasts/ result and CRM pipeline management as requested





PROJECT MANAGEMENT

u25cf Compiles various sales project reports and ensures accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Analyzes the trend and support project meetings as requested.
  • Maintains various lists/ tables/ log for accurate data processing and communication .



    PRESENTATION MATERIALS :

    u25cf Complies data and develops presentation materials and charts for management meetings as requested.



    ISM AND COMPLIANCE:

    u25cf Controls Information Security Management (ISM) in the company as ISM Officer.

    u25cf Manages legal and compliance related matters.

    u25cf Manages non-disclosure agreements



    What You’ll Bring:



    Education & Experience :

    u25cf A four year degree in business/marketing or a related field is preferred.

    u25cf Five or more years of planning data analysis is required



    u25cf Strong Excel and Power Point skills required, Access is preferred.





    Competencies :

    Ability to multitask, problem solving, collaboration.
    • Strong analytical skills are required.
    • Ability to operate PC and appropriate software programs is required to accomplish specific duties.
    • Good understanding of cultural diversity.
    • Strong problem solving, communication and collaboration skills



      Communications :

      u25cfStrong written and oral communication skills are required.
