Role Summary:

The Sr. Product Manager defines and executes the global portfolio plan for hybrid PET products, applications, and services. Creates a global product, applications, and services strategy including product positioning and portfolio evolution; installed base growth strategy and partners with cross functional teams on full lifecycle management strategy. Identifies, develops, and executes opportunities for margin growth and market share gain.

Essential Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

+ Create vision and strategic plan for the assigned segment, driving connections between hardware, software, and wetware including digital industrial transformation.

+ Lead a multi-functional organization, which includes marketing, sales, operations, engineering, and services teams, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.

+ Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers (beyond traditional buyers in NM department), as required and ensuring the "voice of the customer" is reflected in work processes.

+ Define and lead appropriate market segmentation and positioning strategies for the assigned segment to drive growth

+ Drive the portfolio roadmap to meet the needs of the market. Responsible for strategy and execution of the roadmaps and New Product Introductions (NPI)

+ Define partnerships with KOLs and beyond the traditional NM customer in order to generate clinical evidence for patient outcomes.

+ Manage key business financial performance indicators. Develop, execute, and motivate others on strategies, tactics, measurements, and operating mechanisms to deliver business results.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field

+ 8+ years experience in product marketing, product development, or related field

+ Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

+ Excellent oral and written communications skills

+ Strong analytical and process skills

+ Strong project management skills

+ Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment

+ Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

Desired Characteristics:

Preferred Qualifications:

+ MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

+ 10+ years experience in product marketing, product development or related field

+ Deep Product Management/Marketing expertise, including: market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management,

+ Deep understanding of oncology clinical pathway

+ Understanding of PET imaging in drug discovery and development to routine clinical applications.

+ Strong commercial acumen with experience in direct sales function.

+ Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen

+ Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

+ Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports

+ Proven ability to work globally

+ Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
