Current Need

The Sr. Product Manager for Paragon Lab and Radiology will provide direction on product vision, priorities, and strategies aligned with emerging customer requirements.  This role requires a clinician background with both product management and relevant market experience to drive solution growth and innovation while driving solution roadmap.



Position Description

 

  • Drive solution roadmap planning and priorities analyzing market data and trends
  • Manage complex solutions and communicate effectively across cross functional solution teams
  • Provide leadership to development teams as needed in an agile development environment
  • Offer “real world” experience and guidance concerning product market needs

  • Communicate and present effectively with external, C-Suite clients

  • Acts independently to determine methods for new or special assignments

  • Manage 3 Party vendor relationships for related solutions


 

 

Qualifications

 



Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing

Critical Skills

  • 10+ years progressive Product Management experience within HIT environment with emphasis in Nursing, Lab, or Radiology.

  • Significant understanding of Radiology and Laboratory workflows, concepts and practices.

  • Experience working with Agile development methodology.



Additional Knowledge & Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of company products, desirable.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and departmental staff.

  • Strong project management experience with high level of planning and organizational ability.

  • Strong decision making, judgment and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment.

  • Good negotiation skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Education

 

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree desirable.


Certifications/Licensure

  • Current clinical certification in either: Nursing, Laboratory Technician, or Radiologist Technician.
