For the past 18 months the Hispanic Card team has been supporting our Mainstreet customer-base that preferred Spanish language to conduct financial services. We have delivered an incredible experience for our Hispanic Card portfolio to become a Digital leader by launching Spanish Mobile, Card Online Servicing and Rewards Redemption experiences. These tools allow our customers to engage digitally in their language of preference. This year our focus is to build on the momentum with our consumer card customers as leaders of this segment: bring EASE Mobile App and EASE Web to Spanish customers and launch card alerts and notifications in Spanish. We have an aggressive agenda but our cross-functional Hispanic Team is ready for this challenge and you will feel the passion of this team from day 1. We are determined to deliver on our 2016 agenda and earn the trust within the Hispanic Community.
•Work with executive leadership and enterprise architecture to align products with the portfolio vision
•Develop and maintain a product strategy, vision and roadmap aligned with overall business strategy
•Lead efforts with branding and marketing teams to derive the product’s key capabilities and benefits
•Work closely with leadership to define architecture, expectations for user experience, and innovations
•Specify objectives for current and future products
•Lead multiple teams, ensuring alignment of iterative, incremental development across multiple work streams and functional areas
•Effectively collaborate to ensure prioritization of new features, maintenance and non-functional requirements, technical debt and architectural enhancements
•Develop and maintain executive reporting, removing impediments as necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- 2-4 years of experience in Agile product management
