The C+E Marketing team is looking for a passionate product marketer to drive our Dynamics 365 GTM, messaging and vision for our Field Service business application. Dynamics 365 for Field Service empowers companies to improve customer satisfaction, first time fix rates, and resource productivity. Field service, including advanced analytics, machine learning and the Internet of Things’ capabilities, that allows organizations to move from a costly break-fix model to a never-fail service model. You’ll work with the product marketing director to develop compelling, differentiated value propositions, and use innovate story-telling to bring the message to life for our field, partners and customers. You’ll also act as a liaison to the integrated marketing, business planning, technical product marketing, R&D and field/partner readiness teams to ensure effective awareness and enablement for Customer Insights.
Key Responsibilities include:
•Drive differentiated value proposition, messaging and competitive positioning for Customer Insights, laddered to the Dynamics 365 value proposition and messaging.
•Partner with Technical Product Marketing and R&D on an ongoing basis to deliver value position, product strategy and roadmap.
•Manage end-to-end GTM and product lunches to ensure field and partner readiness for Customer Insights.
•Deliver competitive insight and battlecards for the field.
•Work closely with Integrated Marketing on branding, global engagement programs, content marketing, web and events for sales, marketing and social.
•Collaborate with Business Planning on pricing and packaging.
•Collaborate with Industry Product Marketing to ensure sales, marketing and social scenarios are messaged effectively in end-to-end Industry scenarios in Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Public Sector and more.
Key requirements include:
•5+ years of product marketing experience in Field Service Management and enterprise applications such as ERP and CRM.
•Deep subject matter expertise in Field Service Management, technologies and competitive landscape.
•Ability to develop differentiated product and service strategies and corresponding execution plans, prioritize activities and deliverables.
•Collaborate within and across groups at Microsoft including, Integrated Marketing, business planning, R&D, technical product marketing, partner, field teams to build alignment and execute complex projects.
