*Responsible for the management and execution of Research projects, programs, processes, and communications in support of the Gartner Events Portfolio
*Collaborate across the Research and Worldwide Events organizations to plan research programs which impact Gartner events-- research content and resources are planned, produced, and delivered on time and within scope.
*Effectively onboard and integrate new Events, programs, and live meeting research deliverables—including content planning and production processes, resources and annual planning and scheduling
*Prepare and maintain project plans, processes, guidelines documentation
*Track and report project and program performance—identify and track against key performance metrics nd monitor all aspects of projects and programs
*Create and provide training and business process support for research events systems and processes.
*Lead and support multiple, concurrent, complex programs and initiatives.
*Develop programs in support of optimizing resources, processes, and scaling the business. 
*Ability to lead and think with a client-first mindset
*Collaborate across the organization including Research, the Gartner Worldwide Events organization, and other key business units to successfully create and execute on projects
*Lead and direct process design, execution and look for ways to optimize processes
*Employ an expert, service, and champion-mindset with a targeted approach that will achieve measureable business impact.
*Maintain an excellent business acumen.  Demonstrate an understanding of Gartner Research and Events in order to effectively lead and manage Research Events projects, programs and processes.
*Apply project planning methodology to all projects, underpinned by fact-based data and change management measurement criteria to continually assess outcomes to improve project execution.. 
*Design and deliver program communications and presentations to all management levels within and beyond Research. Manage ongoing interactions and communications with internal stakeholders.
*Deliver regular project reporting (monthly/quarterly) to key stakeholders to communicate progress and metrics measurements. 

Job Requirements:
*10+ year’s business experience, with progressive responsibility, in an extremely fast paced work environment.

*5+ years successful project management experience involving implementation of large strategic projects across a complex matrix organization with distributed virtual teams.
*Demonstrated track record of successful business analysis, design and management of optimized processes, projects and programs in a complex global workforce environment.

*Understanding of Gartner Events, Product, Sales and Marketing Strategies
*Strong client focus
*Project management experience involving implementation of large strategic projects in a complex matrixed organization with distributed virtual teams.
*Demonstrated track record of successful business analysis, design and management of optimized processes, projects and programs in a complex global workforce environment.
*Excellent project management skills inclusive of understanding business operations, process decomposition, scoping, planning, analytical, needs requirement, organization, initiative & problem solving skills.
*Knowledge of Gartner technologies and applications is desirable.
*Knowledge of Project Management and Business Analyst tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel.
*Strong communication & change management skills
*Ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence to manage diverse groups to reach successful outcomes.
*Leads and executes as an expert providing guidance and value along the way.
*Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player, with excellent time management & prioritization skills to manage a heavy, diverse workload, multiple non-routine complex projects, often with competing priorities and tight deadlines, concurrently, maintaining complete control over process at all times.
