Our learning platform supports different learning modalities, including video optimized content, assessments, simulations, and virtual labs. In addition, we're adding rich analytics, social learning, community forums, and game play to support personalized and recommended learning. On our engineering team, the Program Managers engage directly with learning development managers, content authors, business development and strategy partners in support of Microsoft Employees, customers and partners on the learning landscape. You must be an excellent communicator, analytical, curious and detail oriented.
We have an immediate opening for a Program Manager to focus on our Learning Business Intelligence and Reporting team. This role will also include responsibilities to be part of an engineering team operating with an agile cadence, so you'll be working closely across engineering, marketing, business, content creators, and operations. You are self-directed, passionate about customers, and committed to delivering business impacting results. We're seeking a Program Manager, who has the ability to gain a deep understanding of the product, the business, and our customers in the learning landscape.

- Ability to collaborate with multiple partners, across a team and across organizational boundaries

- 4+ years of releasing software/services on an engineering team

- Energy to motivate teams, discern issues, and solve them
- Preference for a 4-year degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or similar curriculum or 4 year work experience
