The Sr. Program Relation Consultant (PRC) is responsible for partnering with the Marketing and Enrollment Director (MED) and the assigned sales and service teams to drive growth of MetLife’s Affinity & Member Benefits portfolio. The PRC will serve as a marketing and enrollment expert, measuring campaign results to manage/modify marketing enrollment plans, while providing dedicated customer facing strategic guidance during the acquisition and implementation of new business and in maintaining existing client relationships. This includes member and TPA marketing communication support, as well as RFP and reporting efforts. In addition, the PRC will have in-depth product knowledge across all Core and Voluntary products (i.e., Life, Disability, Dental, Property & Casualty, Take Along Dental) to facilitate a “single face to the customer approach” and provide marketing strategic input and guidance.
The PRC must be able to lead and work independently when identifying and responding to problems and/or challenges. Day-to-day contact and discussions with MetLife’s Affinity & Member Benefits sales and service partners is expected. In addition, the candidate must possess the ability to partner across the organization with; Senior Management, Sales, Service teams (Affinity Consultants), Marketing, Marketing Operations, Underwriting, Distribution & Development, Legal, Implementation, Product, and outside vendors/agencies.
The PRC will: lead account planning efforts, oversee tactical execution, maintain business metrics and reporting, and manage the A&MB marketing budget. In addition, the candidate will identify additional SMEs for RFP opportunities, participate in finalist planning discussions, pre and post implementation meetings and lead strategic and tactical marketing discussions with TPAs, associations and other partners. The PRC will also serve as support for strategic TPA, broker, prospect, and association meetings to drive sales results, while building and maintaining strong relationships.
