Global Corporate Security strives to be a best-in-class provider of global corporate security in the financial services sector by providing an integrated and comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation capability to enable MetLife’s strategy: growing the emerging markets presence, refocusing the U.S. business, and driving toward customer-centricity and a global brand. In direct support for the head of Corporate Security Technology and the broader security technology team, this role provides project management leadership and execution for the team’s global portfolio or projects.  This role will require an engaging leader who can move complex problems into simple business solutions to better manage our global risk and security profile.



  • Responsible for the operations of Global Corporate Security’s project management process, methodology and execution.  Proactive engagement of internal and external business partners to lead and develop business justification, prioritization and project plans.
  • Assume ownership of end to end project management process within the department and manage project management budget with IT and security leads.
  • Oversee planning, design, testing and implementation phases of projects from business side and partner with functional leads and develop or analyze requirements for completeness and translation to technical approach with IT.
  • Oversight of team project management dashboard for accuracy and adherence to methodology and project leadership of business and technical support resources on projects.
  • Work with all teams to streamline onboarding process of enterprise access control and ancillary systems such as visitor management globally and track metrics.


  • 3-5 years of work experience with 1-3 of direct project management on large projects
  • Bachelor’s degree (in technical area preferred)
  • PMP preferred
  • Proven IT partnership capability
  • Understanding of HR systems and data preferred
  • Global deployment experience preferred
  • Prior IT project delivery experience preferred
