Top Three Skills:

1.) 6+ years of senior level project management experience leading a variety of projects and/or programs. They should have experience managing large and complex projects (>20+ resources and over 1 million dollar budget).

2.) 6-8+ years of experience managing large scale application development (SDLC), ERP and/or Infrastructure projects

3.) Agile experience is a plus. Right now they are working in waterfall but will be moving to agile and want PMs coming in with that experience.


Job Description:



Manage strategic and software development initiatives, using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with technology and business groups across multiple sites. Promote the education and use of Agile methodologies within the organization. This position has no direct reports, but project managers are responsible for orchestrating the work of others to successfully deliver projects. This position has no direct financial responsibility, but project managers are responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting on financial activity related to their projects.





Work Environment:



Need to be able to work on large and complex projects where they have shifting priorities. They should be self-sufficient and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.





Who is the Internal/External Customer:

Internal customers are stakeholders throughout company that support the mergers and acquisitions portion of the business. External Customers are companies that they acquire and need to integrate to their environment.

Impact to the Internal/External Customer:

Right now there are multiple projects related to new client implementation, existing client enhancements and M&A integrations. Without a Sr. PM running and owning these, they are unable to complete projects on time and within budget.

Business Challenge:



Company has a major initiative to focus on growth through acquisitions, onboarding new clients and product enhancements. This leads to a major backlog in client, business and application development projects that will help grow the business.
