The Weather Company Creative Lab concepts, creates and executes cross-platform ad products through the lens of the world's most trusted weather data. In this role, the Senior Creative Project Manager will manage all project planning, costing, resources, integration, performance, monitoring and reporting for the Creative Lab. Additionally, the Project Manager will ensure adherence to deliverables, schedules, budgets and project requirements. The Project Manager will facilitate effective communication across the business unit or function and outside of these as needed. He or she will address project risks, issues and problems, and report progress to management stakeholders on a recurring basis, as well as manage stakeholder expectations.
Proactively assessing efficiencies and creating formal business cases as well as well project descriptions, documentation and work as a facilitator between the various internal organizations to ensure Creative technical policies and processes are negotiated, documented, and executed accurately.
The Project Manager attends regularly scheduled meetings to understand the demand and need. You'll then work closely with creative teams within the Creative Lab, various partners within the organization and immediate group. You will pre-empt potential problems and provide effective solutions in reaction to the concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes developed to support projects before and after market release.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Identify and present proven, and innovative, project management solutions to plan, staff, implement, control and evaluate Creative Lab Projects
Define project objectives, create schedules and oversee quality control
Assign and manage Creative Lab resources, third-party contractors and/or consultants
Provide project timelines to client and internal teams and maintain timing shifts throughout the duration of projects
Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each project
Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution
Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including; Ad Products, Ad Tech, Creative teams and business partners globally
Oversee, create and evolve the processes associated with requirements gathering, change management, feasibility analysis and sizing of Creative Lab efforts and budgets at the business unit level
To meet/exceed and maintain service levels as assigned by management
