8-10+ years of PM experience
strong experience working in a PMO
Mortgage servicing experience
Manage approved and assigned corporate projects; ensure scope of project is clearly defined, documented and understood by project team.
Act as liaison between internal organizational groups for small/large scale projects; may work with vendors and external clients to ensure projects are completed to specification, on-time, within budget and with minimum defects, while adhering to the methodologies adopted by the firm.
Work across multiple functions, developing strong relationships and partnerships across business units and with senior executives.
Effectively apply project management methodology and processes as set forth by the organization and enforce project standards.
Create project plans with the project team, identify dependencies, assign resources, and maintain and track throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Develop, execute and monitor project specific resource management plans.
Prepare and track project budget.
Manage project scope and execute change management.
Minimize exposure and risk on project through identification of risks early; provide thoughtful and timely recommendations for risk avoidance and mitigation
Create and maintain project risk and issue logs; communicate findings and escalate when necessary.
Prepare accurate and timely project level reporting; deliver to senior management and other stakeholders.
Establish and facilitate regular project team meetings; document and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up on action items to resolution.
Provide feedback on performance of project team members.

Bachelors degree, in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred
8 plus years experience in project management
Strong PC skills, including Outlook, Excel, Work, SharePoint, MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio
Knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience with technology and/or mortgage/mortgage servicing industry a plus
Agile and Scrum experience a plus
Program, infrastructure project management and/or portfolio management experience a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma certifications a plus
Strong leadership and conflict management skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
Excellent negotiation skills with effective and timely issue resolution and problem solving abilities
Highly motivated and results oriented with ability to work effectively with ambiguity
Superior organizational, multi-tasking and follow-up skills
