Job Location: United States : Delaware : Wilmington
The Expatriate Benefits business is part of the Global Employee Benefits business with focus on administering a suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, LTD, and other services, to citizens traveling outside of their home country. This position will be part of the Expatriate Business Operations team and will be responsible for preparing and delivering responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
The candidate will work closely with all areas of the expatriate team to support the timely and accurate delivery of responses to brokers and clients. This is a critical position as the RFP is our first opportunity to inform the market of the expatriate solutions and how we differentiate from the competition. The work will involve providing standard responses but also will require customized replies depending on the client needs. This position also collaborates with various internal partners such as legal and IT and requires strong writing and editing skills.
