The Xbox Worldwide Channel Marketing Team is looking for an experienced, passionate, tenacious, and ROI-obsessed Community Lead to help enable the field to execute world class experiences through all retail channels. More specifically, a successful candidate will embody the key personas of Channel Marketing: Omni-Channel Guru, Shopping Experience Expert, and Sell-Through Officer. Position Overview: The Worldwide Channel Marketing Community Lead for Xbox manages and leads communications between the Field Channel teams and Corp. This requires strong collaboration skills to align multiple teams including the Xbox Product Marketing Team, Xbox Marcom and Brand Teams, the WW Xbox Category Team, and key stakeholders in the Field.

A successful candidate will display strong analytical skills to aggregate and share numbers-based analysis and drive best practices. The candidate should have extensive experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams, exceptional communication and presentation skills, a proven track record in building highly effective interpersonal relationships, and ability to manage multiple projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Areas of Responsibility: Manage day-to-day relationship across Xbox stakeholders: Xbox Product Marketing Teams, Xbox Field Teams, the Xbox Worldwide Channel Team, the Xbox Worldwide Category Team, Maintain and oversee Xbox Channel Team budget and reporting Engage with the field through bi-weekly syncs or as needed on Xbox campaigns and initiatives Collaborate with Channel and Category Managers on cross-category best practices Present category business results and insights to senior leaders and executives on a regular basis (launch reports, scorecards, testing results, new initiatives, business reviews, etc.) o Track the success by evaluating key indicators such as IPQ, pre-orders, channel inventories, sell-thru rates, and revenue goals o Lead development of test and learn plans across channel marketing tactics and drive coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders Generate high-impact ideas and solutions, multitask and manage projects under pressure with an unwavering persistence, commitment, passion and optimism

Requirements: Bachelor Degree required 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in global retail channel marketing Demonstrated ability to operate both tactically and strategically in a very dynamic and changing environment Experience in ecommerce and digital marketing a plus Experience and passion for gaming and the gaming industry a big plus Exceptional analytics, communications, multitasking, and collaboration skills Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
